Hohohooooo finally I took the step in producing my own models.
With a little help from my friends of Hagen Miniatures
http://www.hagen-miniatures.de/
I will hopefully have my models up in their shop before chrismas time.
At the moment they are on the way from the sculptor to the mould maker (Hagen Minis).
Here are the first pics of the master models.
The are 20mm / 1/72 scale.
As you can see these are the first bunch of them. Truly Hollywood / Spaghetti Western style. The range itself will be under my name aka Coal Ridge Models. It will feature more Wild West style figures concentrating on Mexicans and Civillian types.

Crisis in Antwerp the last pictures
So here is the last bunch of pictures from the Crisis show in Antwerp
28mm Napoleonic. Wow what a chaos. Lots of beautiful painted models but well crammed. But that how I think a battlefield in those times might have looked. Well at least my hobby space looks this crammed
A great Saga type game. What I liked about this one besides the beautiful models andlandscape was that it shows that wargaming is not always about big spacey tables full of models.
Small table a few models and pure fun...great for beginners. Give Saga a try if you like. I don't know if this table was Saga but it looks like a big Saga game.
So that it is my pictures from Crisis Antwerp. To be short it is definitivly a show to attend. Smaller than Salute/London but not so crammed with people,

Crisis Antwerp 4th dimension
So back to Crisis Antwerp. So here are the next bunch of pictures.
Lace Wars...28mm and lotsa models...I really love it when armies sport lots of flags and colorful uniforms
Also 28mm this was a stunning display of medieval knights. Do not ask me for the battle as I lost the theme but to judge from the flags it must be something in britain. So what I have to say? More flags much more color on the uniforms... I am in heaven.
This was in my humble opinion the best display game. Lots of eye candy, beautiful figures, ships!!!, and so many small vignettes to watch....breathtaking really.

New Chinese Gang in town
Well here they are. my Chinese Tong posse for Legends of the old West rules.
I bought them this year from Wargames Foundry. The models are from the Victorian and from the Pirates range. I tried a new varnish on them that gives a quite strong coat but is semi gloss so reflects the camera a bit so they look a bit more shiny then in reality.
At the moment I am thinking how to use them the best in the next Wild West game.
As Legends of the Old West is a skirmish game I normally give my models names. Mostly quite funny ones like my Sheriffs name is "Wiley Burp".
My gang boss pictured else where on my blog is named Lee Chee. So how should i name the rest of them??
Some names that come to my mind are: Chop Stick, Chop Suey, Hung Lo, Hop Singh (Indian father, chinese mother), Fog Lung, you get what I mean.
It has nothing to do with chinese just that I like funny names.
The Lieutenant of my U.S. Infantry is called Clarence Wickersham the 3rd.
